The college’s bowling team attended the NJCAA Bowling National Championship in Lansing, MI on March 3 – 5. The team of student athletes is comprised of Sophie Hyde, Sianna Kenyon, Abigail Maurelli, Michael Carlson, David Cook, and Chris Harden.
Twenty-two teams from seven states participated in the tournament, which saw 132 bowlers compete. Representing the Herkimer Generals, David Cook placed 12th in the men’s singles with a 636 series for a 212 average.
Coach Tony DeLuca has appeared in NJCAA championships six times in his six years leading the team.
